LG - blaming consumers for damaging devices when they deliver damaged units

I bought a new TV from the ebucks store - LGUK7550. It was delivered damaged. Upon opening the box I saw that the right hand side of the screen was completely damaged, cracked and the LED screen was out of the bezel I sent the TV back. I have been phoning and emailing for a response for over a week now (TV was collected Tuesday evening 21 May. I called again this morning as I do every morning to get a response from Ebucks and they escalate and say someone will call me back before the end of the day. From Wednesday last week NO ONE has contacted me and I have been left in the dark! I called again this morning and I was told that the supplier - LG has rejected the return stating the it was client negligence and that I damaged the TV I am so very angry with how this has been handled and accusing me of damaging the unit. If I had damaged it I would have just claimed from my household insurance and got a new TV, however, that was not the case. I dont know where else to turn to or what to do but I signed up to HP today to submit my complaint to try and get some action as I will not accept the outcome of this issue

Thank you. I am in contact with your whatsapp team/dept as well. They requested that I create one for LG specifically along with the original one I created for FNB. The organization responsible for the distribution of this unit looks like (as per the tags on the box itself) is a company called ISER Head Office, Orange Grove, 266 Louis Botha avenue JHB if that assists you in anyway

I was just called by LG and the agent stated LG can do nothing about the issue?? Surely LG as a brand should be able to assist with their selected distribution centres causing major impact to your brand by delivering damaged products and just blaming clients for delivering damaged units? I Find this absolutely APPALLING from LG to FNB to Iser (your distribution centre responsible for sending out broken products)
