LG bad quality control,bad service,useless warranty

Beware of LG everybody, their warranty is close to worthless. Don't ever buy a lg product online, I had a horrific time to get a defective lg TV replaced, it had loose parts inside the panel. Very poor quality control from LG First time I turned it on I immediately saw a dark spot about the size of a 20c coin in the bottom left of the screen. I immediately got in contact to their customer complaints, it takes 2 to 3 days to get feedback and I had to email,call and WhatsApp them continuously. Had a lg agent from United eletronix come to my house and the idiot didn't handle the TV with care,Neary broke the back plastic cover off, lost 1 of the *****s and jammed pliers into the expensive TV to open it. The first call I made to LG the woman had the audacity to blame me and the couriers, quickly told her the box was in mint condition and sealed,their WhatsApp service is useless and they won't get involved with any exchange, a lg employee Ellie should have contacted me, to this day I've not been contacted by anyone Luckily Dion wired gave me a replacement of the 43um7340.. Im really shocked by bad LG service since their one of the biggest global brands.
