<p>It is with sadness that I discovered that in today day the manufacturers of house hold goods believe that the end users should accept substandard products.</p> <p>My washing machine broke down whilst in the process of washing just before the holidays. 20/12/2016</p> <p>It was a mission to find someone that could assess why it was tripping the lights.</p> <p>The company that assisted me was very helpful. The problem was the earn that controls the temp is faulty.</p> <p>My new LG washing machine is no longer new. (2013)</p> <p>The parts are not available is SA and so it may only be repaired at the end of Jan 2017.</p> <p>To my horror the day after the warrantee expires you are in the” dwang”.</p> <p>Washing is a very simple process.</p> <p>Why would you have to have 17 versions of the same thing?</p> <p>The new machine do not do the ironing and will not send an SMS when it is done.</p> <p>It now has a motherboard and all kinds of electronic devices for what?</p> <p>Watch out, go proudly South Africa. The cost of buying a new machine is expensive but not last.</p> <p>I have a wonderful fridge that works after almost 40 years. Go Kelvinator you are the best.</p> <p> </p>
