This is one of the worst appliance to buy especially when it breaks down. Recently purchased a inlet valve at xecutronix and after the part was purchased I was told that the part cannot be returned and yet they had a T&C that state's parts can be exchanged and a 30% handling fee will be charged and yet they still refuse. This Brand is *** can period.
