Insufficient Storage Space in Cellular Device

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I'm aware that this is an Android issue, but I have an LG G4 Stylus (Android MArshmallow) with a 16GB external SanDisk Micro SD Card inserted. I cannot move applications completely to the card and I did not have the option to set up the card once I initially inserted it. I cannot seem to format it as internal storage or actually do anything with the card. Have approached numerous customer care and support sites, but no one seems to even know what I'm talking about. Great phone, but what's the point if I can't have any apps? Using Dropbox and lots of images and video for work so the internal storage isn't an option. Please help. Thank you.</p>
