Incorrect marketing and advertising by LG. refusing to aknoledge

I was interested in the LG k61. I researched the phone on your website and the details of the phone were marked as it having an amoled screen. (2 features I had to have on my phone was the double tap to on/off and the always on display).

Being happy that the phone has an amoled screen I purchased it.

Playing around with my new phoned turned excitement into frustration because I couldn’t not get the always on display. Then discovered my screen is lcd. Checked the website again which confirms its amoled.

This is where the real frustration began to pile on. I called LG. some guys checked on the website and told me its an amoled screen. When I told them my phone is LCD, I was then referred to the next person.

I tired to email the adresses given, no response, I tried the whatsapp chat service, and the person saw my case, the website references and told me it should be LCD screen and gave me the contact details of another person.

I called the lady. She was confused as to why I was given her details. I put forward all the details to her. She agreed with me on the merits of what im saying and said she will have forward this to someone else, who will get back to me. To date I still await. anywhere i try i am not getting any responses. the amazing thing is someone has listened to what im saying because the website was subsequently change to state the phone has an lcd screen(no longer says AMOLED screen)
