Impossible to get competent technical support

I phoned LG multiple times to try and get technical support for my NB4540 sound bar that keeps dropping the bluetooth and LG wireless sync signals. Each time I phone I am asked what the issue is and am directed from one person to the next until the call center system cuts me off or keeps ringing on end.<br> It seems that the sound bar cannot properly keep connections and is inferior to the Samsung alternatives (as well as the technical support provided by LG)
