How to get the attention of LG SA - any advice?
I would like some advice on how to bring an issue to the attention of LG South Africa. I have had some trouble with the LG repair agent in the Western Cape. Over 2 weeks ago I described the issue to LG SA via the form on their website, but I have not had a reply yet. I do not wish to phone, as I will then have no written record of the exchange. I would like a way to contact them in writing in a way that will get a response. Does anyone have advice?
