Horrible Poor Quality Overpriced Products

I am so disappointed with LG. Will never ever buy an LG product again. After many many years of using their products with no issues. The newer products are definitely not the same quality as their older products are. Paid a premium price for an LG Truesteam dishwasher. Have had it for 2 years and 8 months. It no longer heats the water or is able to steam. Had to take it to an LG agent to repair because there is still a 10 year warranty on the motor. The quote I got to fix it is 40% of the value of the machine itself. Contacted the LG Call centre. Poor service received. They say they cant help with covering the repair bill. Not a cent. They just say No without an explanation. They say the R4500 replacement fee just for the 2 parts are already a discounted price. What a ridiculous amount And then the LG agent asked me if I use the steam function alot because thats what causes the machine to overheat and blow the the main PCB and other heating parts. REALLY. Its a dishwasher designed to steam. Their agents are sooo overpriced. So disgusted with LG
