Great machine but communication is key
I bought a 10.5KG washing machine @ the end of December through Expert store, for some reason it made some noise when spinning loads and i had to call LG Electronics for a service. The customer care was excellent when i called but their whatsApp help still needs some work as i only got a response the following day. They attend to faults within 48hrs.
