G4 Repairs Cripples Postings from Gandhi Walk Chairman

<p>Had the hardware issue with my LG G4 (boot loop issue) which I got from MTN and the device still under warranty. Was directed by LG call centre to a repiar centre in Randburg. It's now been more than 3 weeks and every time I call I'm told the same story..LG is not supplying them with the G4 motherboard/spares and I'm welcome to come collect the device - like that is going to help me as the device has a factory hordware issue and I cannot use it! </p> <p> </p> <p>I called the LG Call Centre and express my frustrations and STILL, no call back. Today I was directed to someone named Toni Delport at LG and wait....</p> <p> </p> <p>I am the Chairman of the charity event and so so so dependant on my device for communications and social medial postings I am crippled with the inability and incompetence of LG to swiftly sort out my device.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is terrible service from LG and no one seems to care to resolve it.</p> <p> </p>
