frustratingly poor service from LG

the service that I got from LG south Africa was very poor when it came to them repairing my double door fridge. they send out their authorised contractor whom in in turn send out other companies to repair my fridge which is still not fixed and 3 months have passed. the people at LG head office don't even answer their telephones when I fone to complain. I've been given a reference number and nothing is happening.
