Fridge/Freezer no parts

<p>To whom it May Concern</p> <p> </p> <p>All my appliances in my home is LG.</p> <p> </p> <p>My LG Refrigerator's shelves started cracking and I have tried to order new parts, only to be told that the parts are no longer in the country.</p> <p> </p> <p>Model Number: GR_A207CUB</p> <p>240B<br />242A</p> <p>240C</p> <p>132A</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried to adress this isssue with LG direct and have also posted on the Facebook page with no response or solution.</p> <p> </p> <p>The bottom line is we cannot find spares I have to replace my Fridge /Freezer as the door has no working shelves they all cracked.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely this is not acceptable to LG? </p> <p> </p> <p>I look forward to someone calling me to sort out this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Warm wishes</p> <p>Maranda</p> <p> ********** 122</p>
