Faulty projector out the box

I have purchased a PB62G projector about 6months ago.<br> After installation the focus wasn't good at all and kept shifting. Aside from this the unit and main reason I bought the unit for an arm and a leg the 3D doesn't work at all. I have contacted them about the matter and they said that they are aware of the problem on these models and that they have reported it to their head office. They took my details and said that they would get back to me. 6 months now and still no feedback. I cant get anyone from their division to help me or give me any answers. So I'm stuck with a R7k unit that can't even do the job of a unit half the price.... Really tired of dealing with LG regarding this matter. I must also mention that it doesn't work even though I bought a LG Blue-ray player to try and resolve the problem. Very disappointing stuff
