Faulty product blame on loadshedding

I bought a double door fridge from makro store in polokwane around October 2022. The fridge worked perfectly until beginning of December 2022 when the ice machine stopped making ice. I called the store they send some technician to come check it out. He said he has reset the ice making machine but it's not responding he needs to order another one. He back the second time with a new machine and installed it. 48hrs passed still no Ice. I gave it another 48 hours no ice. I called again they said they will send someone out to come check it. The guy said the same thing he wasn't even there for 2min he said he will give the office report. Today I receive a call they giving me a quote for a new PC board. My plug has surge protector plug. Fridge is plugged with other appliances on it. Fridge produces cold water just no ice. They telling me the cause is loadshedding why didn't it affect other appliances? I need a new fridge this one worked only for a month
