Faulty appliance 2 weeks after warranty expires
I bought an LG washer/dryer machine from Hirsch in 2023, exactly 2 years later the PC board becomes faulty, so I contacted the customer care centre and asked if they can repair it ..I was told that they can't assist me, my point is you pay so much for an appliance thinking it would last you longer than a cheaper brand but now I think it's better to buy a cheap brand then paying so much for something that becomes useless after 2 years.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your matter was forwarded through to the Management team and the Customer Service Manager has explained that they do accommodate any request for a warranty extension by seven day after the warranty date has expired but would not be able to assist you in this instance .
Please be aware that the 10 year warranty which applies to the direct drive motor part only is still in effect for a further 8 years.
