False advertising or incorrect information
UM7100 marketed for ThinQ IA ability and magic remote. Purchased on only to find no magic remote but the old spec. Contacted the care line who dont really care. Was told that this model doesnt include the magic remote or AI as I asked if I get a magic remote, will it work on the tv and was told it wouldnt. Is this correct and how can it be as the Ad, packaging and user guide markets this. Is this false advertising or incorrect information provided at the care line. Was asked to speak with the only person for LG who might be able to advise further and that is Goodman.
