False Advertising. Lg washer dryer combo 8/5 kg Model: FH4U2TMP8S

Without doubt the biggest waste of R8500. I recently purchased the combo machine from Makro ,on the recommendation of the salesperson, as being the best machine in the market with the ability to seamlessly wash and dry clothing ( This also appears on a sticker on the face of the machine), Barely a month after purchase, I have tried four different settings ,including settings based on the LG call Centres recommendations , and still the machine has dismally failed to deliver a wash and dry combination.. ( I have a full record of dates and all modes tried) The technician upon visiting site , clearly explained that the machine does not wash and dry as indicated, but requires that a load be washed, then clothing removed from the machine to reduce the load and thereafter, the dry cycle needs to be activated. Even after trying this, the machine still failed to deliver a properly dry load of clothes.

I am at my wits end and would like to suggest to others not to be duped into making this wasteful purchase.
