False advertising

Bought an Microwave from LG. Within 2 years the magnatron failed. Had it repaired. Within a year it fails again. As per warranty the magnatron is covered for 5 years. Take it back to Makro get told it will be repaired under the warranty. After 3 months it still isn't repaired. Go to Makro ask that they follow up eventually get phoned by Makro and told that it is the magnatron and they will repair it Makro will let me know when I can get it back. After 4 months I am phoned by makro and told that even though the magnatron is covered I still have to pay for the labour. Why wasn't I told about this when I bought the product or when I took it in 4 months ago. Phoned LG repairs and spoke to Charlene and she felt it appropriate to drop the phone in my ear as I didn't agree with her. Worst service and product ever bought. Stay away from LG.
