Expensive LG fridge does not live up to quality standard I expected from the brand.

I bought an LG fridge in 2019 and I was really satisfied with it. This year all of a sudden the freezer stopped working, it is only cold just like the fridge. I called LG and was told there's a call out fee for a technician to assess the fridge then quote me on the repairs. This fridge was really expensive, I thought I was buying quality. I am so disappointed in the brand cause I really trusted the LG brand and the reason I paid premium price for the fridge was because I trusted the brand. Disappointing to say the least about the quality of LG fridge.
