Expensive but acts cheap

<p>I bought an LG ARX 10 sound system in march 2015 and I am saddened by the fact that it has already started giving problems, similarly I have another receiver (Sansui) that I bought in 2003 and that is my life line, that receiver has been working fine since 2003 and this more expensive LG one is not even used everyday but is now failing, I feel like I threw R13000 down the drain, if you switch it on it will play sound for like 5-10 seconds and it goes quiet no sound nothing,I use it once every 2-3 weeks and I find it sad that its already given up, I was impressed with LG and wanted to recommend it to family and friends since its a powerful sound but Lord knows I counted my chickens before they hatched, similarly my friend has a sony which he uses daily since he loves music and over the 5 years it hasn't given him one problem and with LG just over 2 years and already its given up, nothing works,usb,hdmi,bluetooth,radio it just plays for 5 seconds and thats it...if I had bought a cheap product from an informal trader I would understand but hey I thoight let me buy a reputable brand but hey, even my friend uses one of these cheap sound systems from indian shops and it has been "alive" much much longer that my sound....such a discrace realy
