Excellent Service
I have to give LG huge kudos for the way they have handled my problem with an OLED TV which has suffered significant burn-in (if you have an OLED be extremely careful about watching CNN). I was very pessimistic that they would help so was very tense to start with. They offered to replace the TV without me needing to ask. The service and ethical behaviour is highly commendable - unusually good service in this day and age. Thanks LG and ensuring you have brand loyalty for life - not only is the picture quality of OLED TVs jaw dropping, the post sales service is excellent.
