Dual Screen keeps falling out - even after repairs.
I got a LG Dual g8xthinq In May 2020, by November I went to Vodacom as the screen of the dual screen fell out, I was told that Vodacom does not repair accessories. So i called LG and they told me to take to phone to Xecu, TronixI now had to drive 100km round trip to drop the phone of. Then they had to take the phone as well even if the phone was working fine. I was left phoneless for 3 weeks and had to drive another 100km to collect the phone. Now the dual case's screen is falling out again. Now i must drive again 200kms to drop my and collect and again sit with out a phone for 3 weeks? Is this normal for a screen to fall out in less than a year?

A technical report would need to be acquired from the attending technician as to the possible cause of this issue in order to determine whether this is normal or not, as there are no factory defects or faults on this particular model, and had there been, a thorough investigation would have been undertaken in order to establish this and then an official statement and correction course would have been implemented.
Xecutronix is LGs official repair agent for the Gauteng Region and do have a 21 day turn around period for all repairs.
