Dont buy LG appliances!!
How is it possible that you can charge people R300 just to look at a 2 year old microwave and then to repair as well if it has a 10 year warranty? That is day light ******* and only then stupulate tjat the warranty only covers ONE part of the unit?
I will never again purchase an LG product! The worst service and products ever! Ive never had a microwave that stopped heating after 2 years on fact ive never had a microwave that gave in period.
DO NOT PURCHASE LG APPLIANCES . U WILL REGRET IT!

My name is Reuben from LG Customer Service.
The 10 year warranty only covers the Magnatron, whereas the unit itself has a 2 year manufacturers warranty from the dae of purchase.
So unfortunately if your unit is older than 2 years there would be a charge.
That is LGs policy.
