Don't make use of LG repair services (www.lg.com/za)

<p>I phoned the LG customer call centre to book a service for my washing machine. I explained my washing machine gives an OE error- meaning a filter problem (according to google).</p> <p>After two days the agent came to my house.</p> <p>When the LG agent was finished, I went home from work and asked about the OE error. He then said my helper told him it was UE – which she did not???</p> <p>I specifically phoned the call centre with the problem – OE error. When I told him it is OE, not UE (which is an unbalanced load) he still did NOTHING and said the machine is working now.</p> <p>So how could the machine magically fix itself?</p> <p>The agent only adjusted the foot of the machine, and charged me R450 for it!</p> <p>So, obviously the machine is still broken. I phoned LG over the weekend – they said the agents do not work over weekends, but will come out on Monday.</p> <p>Yesterday no one came, and I am backwards and forwards with LG – on live chat, facebook, email, and I get NO results.</p> <p>They keep on insisting that the agent must come back – who doesn’t know what he is doing, and was asking to see my owner manual.</p> <p>I specifically phoned LG, thinking I would get someone professional. All I have now is a week without my washing machine, because although LG messed up, they are still not prioritising this problem.</p> <p>It is a disgrace. I will never buy LG again</p>
