Dishwasher unrepairable after 4 years!!!

<p>My dishwasher has a problem with its salt dispensing. I would fill the salt container, next day it is empty, the dishes have a terrible salt taste and salt layer to it and even stainless steel items show rusty signs - all indicating there is excessive salt in the water. I did report it to LG on 17/07/16 after which I was referred to Bloemfontein Appliance centre but I has been a terrible disappointment. For three weeks now I've been told by Wally the technician that they cannot find ANY problem with the machine and that LG have been contacted numerous times with no feedback or assitance given. Reportedly LG have never encountered such problem. He could not provide any names form LG persons contacted. It has been a full month now without a dishwasher, it is not under warranty anymore and I'm more than willing to repair it if someone can just find the fault! It is impossible that a 4 year old dishwasher can just be broken beyond repair!! Regards Sarel Rothman</p>
