Dishwasher Systematically Destroyed by LG

Hello Peter,

LG repair technicians systematically destroyed a fully functional dishwasher over a period of 5 weeks. In an attempt to replace the motor which was under warranty, they broke a water tank, the pump, the PC board and scratched the face of the machine.

This entire situation is worsened by the fact that the Service Manager (Amos Mamabolo) is just ***********, and there is no option to deal with anyone with any level of intellect within LG.

This matter has been sent to LG via the ombudsman and there is yet to be any actual response.

If you require repairs to any LG Appliance, try any other provider. LG is not capable of fixing their own products. Or comprehending simple English.
