Disgusting customer service from LG appliances

I believed LG to be a top brand so I purchased all my appliances that are LG it’s been 4 years and one by one each appliance started to pack up first it was my TV then my dishwasher and finally my washing machine . So I called LG and was given the service providers IRS number I called and they advise me to bring the machine in or a call out fee of R600 will be charged. I took the machine from toti all the way to pinetown to the service provider who took 2 weeks to get back to me regarding the assessment and he cost to fix the machine. Eventually after visiting and calling them I finally got a quote of R3789.42 bearing in mind that this machine is still under warranty for the so call motor. My previous experience with my washing machinines I had to replace gaskets and bearings hence the reason I bought a direct drive motor machine. So he manager of IRS said he will call LG and liaise with them I further got a call MR Mzamo Maphumulo from LG to tell me it’s isnt covered under the ten year warranty and they won’t be able to fix my machine as in the warranty. He then went further to say that I over loaded the machine with blankets and so on which I don’t even have or do since the machine has a load senor on it o tell me if was overloaded. This exprience with LG customer service was disgusting and I have shared my experience with family and friends who inturn said they will no longer be buying LG products considering what I have been through. The quotation just to fix the machine is so much that the cost of a new machine is just R2000 more. I use to praise their appliances and the way they were made but after this experience I won’t even rate them with one star.
