Disappointing LG G4

<p>I bought LG G4 October 2015 and it was working just fine until last week when it continuasly started rebooting itself and stuck on bootloop, i contacted LG via email and i was instructed to take the phone to my service provider, of which i did, and they did not help saying i must contact LG. I decided to do some ground research and i found out that the LG G4 model that was procuded by September 2015 was having the same bootloop problem. What i do not understand is the fact hat the consultant did not inform me that the problem is common and that LG admitted that there was a manufactures faulty on the model. Please assist</p>
