Defective New TV - Faulty Mother Board

I bought a UHD 65 inch LG TV from Hirsch's in Gateway which is now defective since May 2015 with a faulty mother board. As diagnosed by LG technicians. Seeing that this was a considerable investment and not wanting future sub standard quality issues I requested the TV be replaced. The problem is the new models that LG and Hirsch wants me to accept is at a lower specification that the defective TV and I have to pay in R6k. The LG sales manager Dean, called me on Tuesday and he is yet to get back to me which was meant to be later the same day. He acknowledges the defective set has two sound bars 70W and 10 speakers and the new TV has no sound bar 6 speakers at 60W, also there is no skype camera on the new model and it needs a base plate to reverb the sound, where as I will wall mount the TV. SO please tell me how is it a superior set, I was told it was more slim line...makes no difference to me, its a SUHD...makes no difference MNET is HD signals. Its is disappointing that LG cannot apply common sense. I requested a sound bar to compensate the difference in specification & Margret Hirsch abruptly told me NO. Its no fun when the consumer has to loose out. LG poor service poor brand.
