Defective New hardware

Bought a SUPER UHD 4K HDR Smart LED TV - 65" LG tv from Dion wired. Had the TV for a few months and there is a faded line down the screen. Spoke to Dion wired and they were not very helpful. Saying I must bring the TV in and would need to wait as they would send it away. Could take 2to 30 weeks to repair. Then spoke to LG, and they told me it must be my connections into the TV. Really!!!!!!! I am an electronics person so I advised them that I have already done that. Then I was told that it must be the Explora or any other device connected to the TV. All in All. I spent R23 000.00 to buy the TV and no one is willing to fix the problem. No wonder everyone buys Samsung.

Ok. So to deal with a complaint and defective hardware I must log a call a service call. As I advised on my previous comment, I was unable to take the call due to unforseen curcumstances. Secondly, I would like to comment on the attitude I recieved when I did pickup the call and advise that I was driving so could not speak. If this is the standard one gets from LG no wonder people would rather buy and deal with Samsung.
