Day light *******

I purchase a 50inch plasma TV at Gane Parow in May 2015. A year later after being away for the weekend I switched on my TV just to find it had no picture but only sound after still watching TV the day before I left for the weekend. Since my TV was still under waranty I took the TV back to Game Parow who informed me that it will be send back to LG the manufacturers of the TV. After waiting for more than I month I contacted Game to enquire about the progres of my TV just to be told that LG require me to pay R11000 for the TV to be fixed this is after I paid R5999 for the TV. According to LG their is a crack in the TV where exactly I was not informed. This crack according to them was due to my negligence how I would really want to find out. On the day of purchasing the TV I mounted the TV and only took it down the day I thought I was taking it in for repairs to Game just over a year later. So somehow I have cracked my TV whilst being mounted on the wall. I find it mind blowing that the cost of repair is more than what I paid for the TV. So my warranty that still has just under a year left has fallen away due to me cracking "something" in my TV whilst it was mounted on my bedroom wall completely out of my way. I believe this was a factory problem which is now shifted onto me as I have no proof of it. I am deeplu disgusted in both LG who is refusing to take any responsibility and Game whoes policy is to replace faulty appliances since they offer a two warranty
