Customer care center does not respond

Good morning Our tv the colour has a blue tone to everything and even resetting to factory setting it still does the same thing. Not sure if this can be repaired.
I have received an email asking for my address which i sent as lg customer care says they will send someone. I have emailed a few times requesting a technician and still no response at all.
