Creaked LG TV

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have bought an LG TV at Dion & wired greenstone mall. when i leave the store the T.V was still in good condition, However it got creaked while assembling at home. NB: the TV did not fall, it goot creaked by the touch of the hands. I took back to the shop same day of purchase with the fact that it should have warranty. I was told that they will not replace the TV or give back the money because the TV was not creaked when it leave the sho, so it is a customer neglegence. please assist as i feel like the supplier together with the manufacturer took advantage of me as a customer.</p> <p>Warm Regards,</p> <p>Dzunisani Shirinda</p>
