Complaint of service

LG has by furthest the poorest service i have ever experienced. My washing machine packed up a year after i bought it. That was about a month ago. I contacted them and they said a service technician will contact me. There after RAM Couriers phoned to pick up the machine before anyone contacted me. Now the machine is with them for almost 2 weeks. I keep on battling to get feedback on the machine, no one comes back to you about feedback. Will never buy an LG product again although i bought it because of the name. What a disappointment. When i contact them they keep on saying that they are waiting for parts from Dubai. This is poor service from a big global company...
