Complaint!

I purchased an LG Inverter Linear fridge and since Feb this year the rubber has come off one of the drawers. I logged this and someone came out and supposedly fixed it and this happens again. I called and they came out and told me they have ordered the part which comes from overseas we are now in April and my fridge is still not fixed nor did anyone bother to contact me with an update! I would like a phone call as to when my fridge is going to be fixed! Very unhappy customer!
