Communnication

I was at LG to collect my part at 08:00 today, 08/01/2016 and was politely told that the supplying of parts only opens at 09:00 some nonsense that the system only goes on line at that time. Nowhere is this communicated to the customers. The email I received specifically indicates that opening hours are from 08:00 to 16:00 on a Friday.
