Catastrophic failure and no support from LG

I have an LG Top loader that I bought in 2019. In 2020 it started making noise while spinning. I contacted the LG service partners and they sent a technician out for which I paid the call-out fee of R500. The technician said it was the pipe at the back of the machine bumping against the washing machine! It was not. I complained afterward and sent a video of the sound to LG support. Nothing happened.

In 2021, a few weeks ago, the entire drum broke loose from the enclosure while spinning with such a force that it damaged to outside steel enclosure and everything inside!! I have now been struggling with LG support, Natasha, and Amos (who is never available), I resent the original video and now they are advising me to replace the belt! Everything is broken. No feedback and no support. Do not buy LG!!
