Hello gateaid,
Please see below feedback from IRS Tronics. We did attend to this call in December 2013, where the complaint was the unit was not coming on and power button broken.
The display board we replaced by my technician, and the main board that was also faulty, the customer choose not to replace, but instead bridged the fuse themselves. The unit was working.
The complaint now 14 months later appears to be the water is not heating. We would have to treat it as a new call with charges.
