Buying LG washing machines???

My daughter purchased a LG 18 kg top loader washing on 28June 2022, which has a 10 year guarantee. The inlet and outlet is now faulty. Now, until, the supplier solves the problem, she has to pay for laundry services. Unacceptable!!!!
