Brilliant service experience from Chris

Bought a new LG fridge that turned out to be a problem child with its door alarm malfunctioning (beeps every 30secs 24/7).

LG sent Chris Volkwyn to come assist and despite having a full schedule he not only fix the beeping, but also expertly levelled the doors, fixed some exposed wiring and helped me mount the water filter in best possible location.

Thanks Chris, you exceeded my expectations and set an example that we can all follow!
