Brand new phone with machanical errors

I am a loyal HTC user, however when it came to upgrading, Cell C no longer stocked HTC's. So i was forced to buy a different brand, the LG sales rep in the Cell C store attempted and succeeded at selling me the LG G4 Smartphone. I told him about an LG phone I had owned prior to using HTC only, further said that that LG phone's speaker blew in less than a month of me owning it. He assured me that LG had since produced good reliable phones and that there had been no returns as of yet. I have owned this LG now for just over one month... no drops, no water damage and no virus but as I'm typing this report I can see the phone restarting itself. The screen freezes and turns to static then it restarts... over and over. <br> <br> I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this phone, and even more disappointed for going back to this brand I had deemed unreliable.
