Boot Looped

<p>I have my LG G4 smartphone for about two years. It suddenly, without warning stopped working. It would go onto the start page but nothing would happen. I researched it and discovered that it was called a boot loop which was a factory fault. LG refused to swop out my phone but were full aware of the problem as they had many similar complaints. They referred me to a private technician who wanted to charge me R4000 to fix the phone but without a guarentee. This is ridiculous. LG will not take responsibilty for something that is a factory fault.</p>
