Bad services and *****

I am very dissapointed at how LG are very manipulators I phoned on the 10 Jan 2018 because I have an lg washing machine that has 10 years warranty with them. I have spoken to the lady named Olga and wanting to know how the warranty works the lady asked me first what is the problem with the machine I told her it’s shows Le error and when it spins it makes noise she told me my machine motor is locked and I have to pay 480 for call out fee and Labour the rest is covered by my warranty I asked her is she sure she said yes and I asked her for reference of the call she said she can only give me reference only when I book and I will need serial number and model of the machine but they I asked her name she said her name is Olga.on Monday because I had the model number I don’t phoned and Sibongile asked if they did explain to me I told her yes they told me it’s LE and my motor is locked I need to pay 480 the reason I phoned again is cause I did not have model and serial number. A technician came to me not even asking for a recipient cause Olga told me they will ask for it to confirm he just said you need to pay 795 I told him no way I phoned and asked and they of them it shows LE error and I was charged 480 he told me the consultant don’t know anything he is the professional and I am wasting his time it’s late he came after hours and I did not even trust him at all so now David phoned me sending me a recording of Sibongile saying any other thing beside motor is not covered while I told her no I did phone and Olga confirmed my machine motor is locked and it’s 480 I am still waiting for that recording.

LG warranty is a lie I used my machine this was not happening now that I have to claim they come with excuses because they want to gain so I don’t believe the is any warranty because as soon as I called and explained to The is LE error he were suppose to tell me it’s not covered at all the expenses will all be mine simple not lie to me.

I am very disappointed at LG I like their appliances and good warranty I thought their were better than their competitors but no ways is lies just for you to buy their things that’s it.
