Bad service

I bought an LG Washing Machine in 2015 for my mother in Zeerust,NWP. The machine has 2 years warranty and this year July my mother started experiencing issues with the machine and i logged a service call with lg to come fix the machine only to learn that their technicians do not cover the Zeerust area. When i bought the machine no one said lg will never come to zeerust to fix the machine, i was told if i have any issue i should log a call and my issue will be attended to but now no one is willing to assist. I have dealt with the Lg service manager Amos Mamablol who made promises and failed to resolve my issue now my issue is now handed over to Patricia Brooks who has also failed to assist, she even suggested that i make means to take the machine to the nearest Game or Dionwired in Rustenburg or Mafikeng and they will go collect it there, a big company like LG, imagine. If this is not resolve i m taking it further.
