BAd product matches bad service !

I had a complaint about a LG microwave , did my complain on Hello Peter , received a response ( auto naturally ) , nobody has contacted us yet . It was about a new Microwave " Smart inverter" that is a product that should not be on the market ! Judging by LG's response that is equal to "0" it matches the product ! . Don't bother contacting now , I will personally deliver this product to your premises in "long Meadow" on monday where you can either fix it / upgrade it to something that actually works or give my money back !
