Bad item , no interest in product at all after sales has been done !

Have a Problem with a LG Convection Microwave . After 2nd posting on Hello Peter I was contacted . The person did not want to understand the bigger problem with this microwave as it is not just a repair issue but a world wide fault on these units ! I am not prepared to sit with a product in todays time that packs up every 2nd month or so ! What happens when the warranty expires , throw it away !

The problem with this oven is 1) It is under powered ( when it decides to work ) as it takes about double the time to bake a small cake or a roast, this size of oven really should perform better and here I am comparing it to the cheapest of chinese ovens ! 2) The oven decides to switch off whenever it feels like making it a totally unusable item ! 3) Makes weird noises when it decides to work 4) The time watch keeps on resetting so even such a simple thing has no use !

Now what now ? LG just does not give a S..t , my next step is to make this an international complaint and see where that will take us as ?
