Bad after sales
I have a very expensive washing machine from LG and it started to cut out with all kinds of errors, it is only 5 years old and has a 10 year warranty and when I mailed LG about it they asked for the serial number, I sent it to them ages ago and since then nothing has happened. I will never buy LG products again.
