Bad after sale service

On 2017/10/04 i contact LG head office after my microwave's glass turntable explode inside my microwave.The head office refer me to their Cape Town branch to deal with the matter.In both instances I explain to them that the turn table explode while the microwave was in operation. I asked the Cape Town branch if it's possible to assess the product to investigate the cause on which I was told to pay a non refundable R250 whatever the outcome is.I think it is unfair to treat customers in this matter and if they want to improve their products they have to consult with us.
