Avoid any LG air-conditioning home units

I would like to share my experience with LG. I purchased 2 LG air-conditioning units for my home more or less 2 and half years ago, I was advised by the installation company that LG was the best unit at the time so I went ahead with the LG Brand. Since the units were installed these units have never worked longer then 2 months at a time. The units continuesly break down. I have had numerous amount of repairs and the units never worked costing a small fortune. I decided I would contact LG direct as there is a 10 year warranty on each unit and spoke to the department concerned. The lady I spoke to was firstly very unhelpful and had no concern or interest in helping me and told me to get hold of the installer, we can't help you. This is the response I got from a supposingly International company. Inferior product and poor service level. All I can say is avoid LG at all cost.
